Melexis is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfill the role of a Technician on test equipment for ICs.

More specifically, you will:

• Analyze and interpret testing results and report deviations
• Ensure technical support to maintenance (buy-off, training, preparation of working documents)
• Follow technical condition of the machines
• Register all events throughout a system and shift report
• Changeover and adjustment of the assigned equipment
• Follow the equipment maintenance plan

Your profile

• Education with technical focus (electro mechanics / electronics or equivalent) on high school or bachelor level 
• Experience in electronics and mechanics is an advantage
• Able to work in shifts (early/late or night) 
• You have a quality mindset 
• You have a strong problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English 
• Willing to work in early/late (5am-1pm and 1pm-9pm)

Heb je een passie voor technologie? Als final test technieker ben je bij Melexis verantwoordelijk voor het up – to – date houden van de machines. Die machines bevinden zich in de Final Test afdeling, daar worden de microchips gecontroleerd bij verschillende temperaturen. Jij staat onder meer in voor de goede werking van de installaties zodat de productie vlot kan verlopen.

Je takenpakket bestaat specifiek uit:

• Het draaiende houden van de verschillende machines en het uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud
• Het analyseren en interpreteren van de testresultaten en het registeren van errors om zo de gepaste oplossing te bieden
• Technische ondersteuning aan de ingenieurs bij de eerste tests van een nieuw device of als de testsetup voor een bestaand device wijzigt
• Suggesties doen voor het verbeteren van de kwaliteit en de productiviteit van de afdeling

Je profiel

• Een opleiding met een technische focus (elektromechanica, elektronica of gelijkaardig) op A2 of bachelorniveau 
• Ervaring met elektronica en mechanica is een groot pluspunt
• Bereid om in ploegen te werken (vroeg-laat of nacht)
• Beschikken over een quality mindset
• Sterk probleem oplossend vermogen
• Goede kennis van het Engels
• Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5:00-13:00 en 13:00-21:00)
