As a Senior Operator at Melexis, you will ensure that the testing procedures for microtechnical components are carried out according to the defined procedures and specifications.

More specifically, you will:

• Perform all necessary testing procedures and prepare test setups, hardware and cables
• Perform all necessary processes in accordance with work instructions to ensure that the production will be intact until its destination
• Detect and report any process deviation during and at the end of the shift
• Implement procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency in the production process steps
• Perform all necessary inspections for starting the equipment in production
• Train and retrain new operators and ensure good knowledge transfer
• Validates and corrects data from other operators

Your profile

• Minimum SPM qualification with 3 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of production processes and product flows
• Knowledge in ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 and the relevant customer requirements are considered an advantage
• Attitude of taking responsibility, sharing knowledge
• Good command of English
• Willing to work on rotation shift (12 hours shift)
• Willingness to travel to other sites
