Your future job

As the Enterprise IT Architect at Melexis, you will be the driving force behind our global IT architecture, enabling seamless integration between micro-electronic design, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain operations. You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions that support our mission to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor technologies to customers worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring our IT systems align with business objectives, fosters innovation, and maintains our competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.

More specifically:

  • Global IT Strategy: Define and implement a forward-looking IT architecture roadmap to support global operations, from R&D to manufacturing and logistics.
  • End-to-End IT Solutions: Architect and optimize IT systems (EDA, MES, ERP, SCM) for seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Cloud & Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of cloud, hybrid, and edge computing to enhance agility and collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to accelerate product development and optimize operations.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure robust security and compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, ITAR, GDPR) to protect data and intellectual property.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
  • Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and integrate Industry 4.0, digital twins, and IoT to drive efficiency and innovation.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT architecture and/or Program Management, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and ERP and MES systems. 
  • Affinity with the semiconductor, micro-electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and time zones to support a global workforce.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around a shared IT vision.
