Supply Planning Specialist / Master Scheduler - Sofia, Bulgaria

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure all processes align with our organizational goals.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and maintain master production schedule to balance efficient resource utilization, right inventory levels and timely delivery of all assigned products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, etc. to ensure seamless schedule alignment and supply chain operations.
  • Proactively communicate possible future delays or potential bottlenecks, define and implement mitigation actions.
  • Monitor plan execution, work closely with respective stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure a smooth transfer to planning of any new product from development into production.
  • Manage phase-ins/phase-outs of products in close cooperation within the organization to ensure sufficient material for ramp-up.
  • Analyze planning data and generate reports for management review.

Your profile

  • University degree in economics, business administration, or engineering.
  • Proven experience as a supply planner or similar role (preferably in a production environment).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning methodologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.
  • Result-driven attitude and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, MS Office tools and ERP software.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
