To further strengthen Lean and Continuous Improvement activities within the Probing Area, we are offering the internal opportunity to take over the role of Senior Lean Engineer (m/f/d).

More specifically, you will:

• Create the local Lean Production roadmap and lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Probing Area
• Global coordination and point of contact for Lean Engineering peers
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, and lead time
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
• Facilitate problem-solving activities and corrective actions (CR Cases)
• Coach and support teams in Lean methodologies and best practices
• Analyze operational data and translate findings into sustainable improvement actions

Your profile

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, ideally within the Probing Area
• Extensive practical experience (> 5 years) gained through different operational, technical, or engineering roles will be considered a key asset for this position.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements and managing projects
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and German
