We are looking for a Senior Operator in the shift of Elke - early/late. 

Your future job

What will be the main focus? 

• Giving training to new hires and current employees 
• MRB /Jira tickets /Production request file 
• Feedback to and follow up of operators in your shift
• First contact person for operators in case of questions or problems 
• Close cooperation with other Senior Operators, Operator Specialist and Operator Lead

Your profile

• Good technical knowledge, learn from previous mistakes and keep improving the knowledge.
• Be highly motivated, you are a role model for others.
• Be patient when giving training, you will need to repeat 10 times the same in 1 week, but still with the same energy.
• Be able to work with different characters. Stay objective and give the same training/ explanation to people who are maybe not your best match.
• Learning how, and dare to, give constructive feedback. You must make people aware that they are doing something wrong, without giving them a bad feeling.
• Always stick to the correct way of working! Always put quality first.
• Have good communication with OP, OP-S, teamleads,... Alert Operator Lead when things are not going the way they are supposed to.
• Defend the MLX values and stay positive about MLX, and the team.
• Be discrete: don't pass sensitive info to others.
