Your future job

As an Analog Design Engineer ( X-Fab group ), you will drive the complete design cycle of non-volatile memory (NVM) IPs, from initial circuit design to layout and verification.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop Non-Volatile Memory IP blocks, specific NVM sub-blocks and primitive memory cells in various technologies down to 110nm at both schematic and layout levels
  • Support the verification and qualification of the developed non-volatile memory IPs, working closely with test and QA engineers
  • Document development results thoroughly to ensure high quality standards

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
  • Knowledge in electronics development (design, simulation, layout, verification) would be considered a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics would be considered an advantage
  • Interest in the development of modern semiconductor components with the highest quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
