Your future job

We are seeking a Staff Mixed Signal Design Engineer to act as a globally internally recognized expert within our organization. In this highly strategic role, you will lead the top-level integration and verification of analog, digital, and software components for high-complexity IC projects. Operating with a multi-year strategic horizon, you will take technical ownership at the product line or multiple-project level and drive real innovation across all phases of product development.

More specifically, you will:

  • Strategic Technical Ownership: Act as the technical owner across multiple projects or an entire product line. You will negotiate with, inspire, and influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive technical success.
  • Top-Level Integration & Validation: Build top-level schematics and full-chip testbenches to validate the seamless operation of analog, digital, and software interfaces in highly complex ICs.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Problem Solving: Find cross-disciplinary solutions that go beyond known scopes. You will interact with and integrate knowledge from a broad scope of different engineering disciplines.
  • Mentorship & Project Leadership: Autonomously manage projects and provide essential mentoring, leadership, and coaching, ensuring that peers follow required processes and deliver high-quality results. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively initiate, defend, and implement important structural changes and standard harmonizations that impact areas well beyond your own engineering domain.

Your profile

  • Education & Experience: A Master’s degree or PhD with approximately 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Broad Technical Expertise: Very broad knowledge across engineering disciplines, coupled with detailed conceptual knowledge of analog/sensor models, digital/software design techniques, memories, and testability requirements.
  • Analytical Excellence: Proven ability to analyze and debug complex ICs, lead full-chip Failure Analysis (FA) strategies, and execute risk assessments for analog-to-digital and software interfaces.
