Process and Equipment Specialist - Sofia, Bulgaria

 

Your future job

As a Process and Equipment Specialist you will ensure the optimal performance and stability of our manufacturing equipment.

Main job responsibilities:

Maintenance and Calibration:

  • Manage the calibration and preventive maintenance process by close planning and follow-up the execution
  • Work with Asset management ERP system

Equipment Installation and Support:

  • Install and Release new equipment
  • Support Production in solving complex equipment-related issues

Process Improvement and Efficiency:

  • Monitor and analyze critical production parameters related to equipment performance
  • Propose and drive performance and quality improvement actions  related to equipment or its related maintenance processes and documentation
  • Drive limited-scale projects (narrow technical scope, local ones, teams of 3-4 people) 
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to develop effective, quality-driven solutions

Spare parts:

  • Responsible for Spare parts orders and  inventory management

Training and Documentation:

  • Create and improve equipment-related documentation 
  • Participate in the development process (teach and coach) of technicians and associates.

Your profile

  • Engineering degree with a technical focus
  • Relevant previous experience with maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Team player and result-driven attitude
  • Strong reporting skills and problem-solving techniques
  • Basic inventory management techniques
  • Very good computer literacy
  • Fluency in English
