Your Future Job

As a student of Materials Science / Materials Engineering, Mechatronics / Microsystems Technology, Physical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Precision Engineering or a comparable field of study, you will gain exciting insights into laboratory practice at Melexis GmbH and actively participate in current high-tech topics and international projects. You will make your first career-relevant contacts and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.

Your Tasks

• Active participation in a specialized team for Failure Analysis
• Independent onboarding and practical application of modern analysis tools, laboratory equipment, and measuring instruments
• Conducting data analysis, evaluations, and technical project documentation
• Collaboration on challenging development projects as well as targeted expansion and deepening of practical engineering skills
• Support in process organization and ensuring administrative workflows in the laboratory, such as work preparation, archiving, and shipment organization

Your Profile

• Enrolled as a student in Materials Science / Materials Engineering, Mechatronics / Microsystems Technology, Physical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Precision Engineering, or a similar subject
• High motivation and strong interest in laboratory work
• Initial practical laboratory experience is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Basic German language skills
