We are looking for a Financial Analyst: Treasury & Investor Relations to act as a bridge between internal capital management and the external financial community.
This hybrid analyst position offers exposure to both global corporate treasury and investor relations. You will maintain daily liquidity and exposure management while helping shape Melexis’ financial narrative for equity analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across corporate treasury and investor relations while working with internal stakeholders and the external financial community.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury

  • Monitor daily cash balances, manage liquidity forecasts, and assist with the execution of short-term liquidity strategies.
  • Measure and analyze FX exposure across operating currencies and support the execution of financial hedges.
  • Prepare quantitative treasury reports, including net debt positions, cash distribution, hedge performance, counterparty exposure, cash-flow forecasting models, and working capital performance.
  • Maintain bank relationships, oversee bank fees, streamline payment workflows, and look for opportunities to improve pricing structure and services.
  • Assist in managing the intercompany financing processes
  • Assist in bank compliance activities

Investor Relations

  • Support quarterly earnings cycles by helping draft press releases, investor presentations, scripts, and Q&A documents.
  • Gather relevant business and product information and assist in implementing and updating the company’s equity story
  • Track, analyze, and maintain sell-side analyst consensus models and target price distributions.
  • Perform peer-group performance benchmarking, financial modeling, and market perception analysis.
  • Assist in organizing investor roadshows, capital markets days, and annual general shareholder meetings (AGMs).

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or Financial Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, corporate banking, or equity research.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using tools such as Excel (VBA), Power BI, Python, Workiva, or Bloomberg terminals.
  • Experience with market data solutions such as Bloomberg and ERP systems.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, financial statements, valuation techniques, and financial products. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a bonus.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between operational detail in Treasury and high-level strategic narrative in Investor Relations, while navigating fast-moving semiconductor market cycles.
  • Identify and solve problems using analysis, and collaborate effectively across matrixed, cross-functional teams.
  • Handle confidential earnings information and insider data with strict confidentiality.
