Process and Equipment Coordinator - Sofia, Bulgaria

As a Process and Equipment Coordinator, you will connect people involved in designated processes, facilitating collaboration to ensure all activities are correctly performed and aligned with global standards set by the global process owner.
You will be key in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement to optimize the process's overall effectiveness. The role demands strong communication skills, a global mindset for aligning local practices, and an agile approach to adapt and innovate within the process.
More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of common processes within the local Process and Equipment team.
- Align and monitor process-related activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Support the Process and Equipment Assistant in their daily coordination tasks.
- Lead or participate in local and global improvement projects.
- Deliver process-related training and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Track and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with global process owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Your profile
- High school or Bachelor’s degree (an engineering degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in a coordination or execution role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of FMEA and IATF 16949 standards
- Experience in process management, project coordination, or training.
- Ability to create, deploy, and maintain work-related procedures and instructions.
- Good understanding of process mapping and documentation.
- Fluent in English.
- A strong focus on achieving results and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust readily to new situations, demonstrating an agile approach and a "can-do" mentality.
