As the Process owner for the Business Creation activity in Melexis, you will play a crucial role. Reporting into the Business Unit(s), you will bridge the gap between business needs and the technical solutions vehicle very closely connecting to the business. This role demands a tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of Salesforce and Oracle CPQ tools and a strong business sense.


Business Creation Processes
Definition and improvement of the sales process, with a focus on potential enhancements for distribution processes
Acting as a key point of contact for new requests related to process changes, tools, and data impact within Sales as the bu.
BCF Process Review
Conducting tweaks, especially in BCF0 & BCF3, and potentially BCF2 to incorporate costs and resources related to derivatives in the product development cycle.
Portfolio Support of Non product related projects

Serve as the portfolio lead within business creation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all non-product related projects and overseeing the entire lifecycle of the initiatives ( otobos)
PL / Portfolio strategy Process Support
Providing support towards the pl strategy related processes, including the development of templates and ensuring adherence to defined processes.

More specifically, you will:

  • Be end responsible for the process - from defining the goal, modeling & documentation of the process, clarifying the link with other processes to measurement of the process performance (value added > KPI).
  • Represent the process in audits, in programs & projects.
  • Explain the way the process works to others and helps them understand their role in the process.
  • Monitor if the process is properly executed, and foresee feedback and escalation loops.
  • Able to coordinate process improvement and leanification: process efficiency (do things right) & effectiveness (do right things) and process automation - implement lessons learned

Your profile

  • University degree in Economics or IT;
  • Experience with Salesforce suite and Oracle CPQ is a plus;
  • Basic programming knowledge;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Customer orientation: Own business and user issues, ensuring proper responses to tool-related questions;
  • Problem solver: Investigate, test, and assess solutions to solve business challenges using the features of the tools;
