Your future job

As a HRIS Manager at Melexis, you will develop, execute and monitor a comprehensive global digital strategy and roadmap for People & Culture with a major focus on increased employee experience and internal efficiency.

More specifically, you will

  • Take part in strategic discussions as part of the senior management team of People & Culture
  • Be the linking pin between the global and local process owners & experts in the different Melexis regions, our Digital & Analytics team, our corporate Data team, the Melexis IT team and external partners on the automation and integration. Main scope will be the automation of our People & Workplace processes (Payroll, absence management, Time & attendance, shift management, Access management) and the automation of our Talent Management Processes (o.a. Remuneration, Performance, Learning & development ,...) 
  • Manage the demand coming from the different regions, facilitate the setting of priorities and manage the part of the roadmap for People & Workplace automation, reporting and digitalisation
  • Manage the program on People & Workplace automation containing multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix and international organizational structure
  • Manage the communication towards different stakeholders involved in the People & Workplace automation roadmap
  • Support the business owners of People & Workplace in the successful implementation of automation, reporting and digital transformation projects
  • Manage the relationship with the vendor(s) providing solutions in the domain of responsibility
  • Manage the relationship with the implementation partners providing services in the domain of responsibility

Your profile

  • University degree in economics, business administration or information technology
  • Thorough functional and technical understanding of and experience with the automation and digitisation of HR & workplace systems
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
  • Ability to achieve results through project, process and network driven organizational setups

Expected skills & expertise

  • Have outstanding program & project management experience including agile ways of working, stakeholder management and change management skills
  • Excellence business analysis skills and expertise: able to gather and structure requirements
  • Have thorough knowledge and proven experience of implementation of HRIS and productivity systems
  • In depth technical understanding of and proven experience with the setup of IT systems, system integration and data management
  • Broad process expertise and process improvement techniques
  • Vendor management expertise (relationship mgt, escalations, contract management and negotiation)
  • Ability to manage vendor selection tracks (requirements, RFI/RFP, selection criteria …)
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Budget, Demand and Portfolio management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
