Your key responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Proactively contact customers with payment delays, ensuring prompt resolution within our corporate credit control procedures.
  • Streamline Issue Resolution: Communicate outstanding financial or quality issues to all relevant parties, ensuring swift follow-up until resolved.
  • Boost Collections: Provide timely and accurate information to customers to accelerate payment collection.
  • Uphold Policies: Adhere to and implement internal credit control policies, including applying credit holds and conducting monthly reporting.
  • Enhance Procedures: Continuously review and recommend improvements to our credit control policies.

Your profile

  • Experienced professionals with proven track records in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong ability to achieve results through effective project management, process optimization, and leveraging organizational networks.
  • A keen awareness of customer needs and a proactive approach to addressing them.
    Excellent analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English is essential.
