More specifically, you will

• Contribute to Annual Audit Strategy & Planning to support Process owner Audits
• Participate in bi‐weekly audit calls
• Coordinate and respond to customer (self)‐ questionnaires
• Support/Lead relevant audits (certification, customer) on site according to relevant Quality & Environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
• Support/Lead internal audits on the different Melexis locations according to relevant Quality & Environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
• Support improvement projects related to the audit process
• Manage (Plan, Organize, Lead and Control) internal assessment of Melexis Customer Specific Requirements. Ensure compliance to internal processes and negotiate vendor addendum when applicable. (Process Owner for the full process)
  
  
  

Your profile

• Previous experience in a similar position is a strong asset (preferably within the automotive industry)
• Knowledge of relevant Management Systems standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3), core tools and its practical application, a certificate or auditor card to one of the standards is a plus
• Ability to plan, analyze, implement and follow‐up
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Detail‐oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to communicate effectively to a diverse audience
• Ability to multi‐task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline driven environment
• Fluency in English
• Willing to travel to audit other MLX sites / join team workshops
