The MLX81325 is part of the our smart LIN motor driver IC family. The MLX81325 enables small-footprint applications to control small BLDC, stepper and DC motors with compact external NFETS to drive the motor sensored or sensorless with low noise, and a digital LIN interface for commands and feedback.

Product description

The MLX81325 is part of the our smart LIN motor driver IC family. The MLX81325 enables small-footprint applications to control small BLDC, stepper and DC motors with compact external NFETS to drive the motor sensored or sensorless with low noise, and a digital LIN interface for commands and feedback.

The LIN interface is compliant with LIN 1, LIN 2, J2602, and can be configured for PWM communication.

Typical applications:

  • Small DC and BLDC pumps or valves
  • DC motor positioning for window lift, sunroofs, seats, doors with LIN
  • DC blowers or DC fans with LIN
