The US568x is a product family that provides a high sensitive unipolar Hall-effect switch solution designed in mixed signal CMOS technology, integrating voltage regulator, Hall sensor with advanced CDS offset cancellation system and an open-drain output driver, all in a single package.

Wide operating voltage makes them suitable for use in automotive as solid state switch applications.

The devices are delivered in a TSOT 3-lead RoHS compliant package.

This product family consists of the US5681, the US5682, and the US5683.

The US5681 is a South pole active switch with direct output polarity, for instance the output is low in presence of South magnetic field, and high in absence of a North magnetic field.

The US5682 is the complementary output version of the US5681, being a South pole active switch with inverted output polarity, for instance the output is high in presence of South magnetic field, and low in absence of a North magnetic field.

The US5683 is the complementary output version of the US5681, being a North pole active switch with inverted output polarity, for instance the output is high in presence of North magnetic field, and low in absence of a South magnetic field.
