Return material authorization hardware

Before returning any material to Melexis, we kindly ask you to address your return request via the below form. After submitting the form, please verify that you have received an email confirmation. Once your request has been authorized, you will receive an instruction letter including a unique RMA number which must be used in any communication as well as in your shipment.

The information provided in this form will be protected by any applicable confidentiality terms in the terms of sale for the Melexis products and/or by any NDA between Melexis and your company.

Please note that RMA requests are preferably handled through your distributor. If you prefer to submit the RMA form directly to us, please ensure you include the distributor's full name and notify them concurrently of your submission.

Returned shipments without a unique RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender. Any costs or expenses incurred by the sender in connection with an unauthorized return, including administrative and handling costs, shall not be recoverable from Melexis. Melexis reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred as a result of unauthorized returns.* Melexis reserves the right to reject an RMA request if the returned hardware is, in Melexis' reasonable technical assessment, damaged to a degree that materially prevents failure analysis or further investigation.
